Development, implementation and continuous development of global procurement and product group strategies for electronic components, printed circuit boards, PCBA and EMS services Strategic control of the product group in terms of cost, quality, availability, technology, security of supply and innovation Professional leadership and coordination of an international purchasing team Analysis of international procurement markets, technology trends and suppliers in the electronics sector Selection, development, evaluation and control of suitable suppliers in the international environment Implementation of tenders, tender assessments and price, framework contract and escalation negotiations Building and developing a structured risk management system for electronic components and assemblies Development of an early warning system for early identification of bottlenecks, price risks, allocations, terminations, PCN/EOL messages and critical single-source situations Active lifecycle and obsolescence management in close cooperation with development, product management, quality, production and supply chain management Identification and realization of cost optimization, standardization and savings potentials Development and use of digital and AI-based tools for market analysis, risk assessment, supplier control and decision support Creation of market, cost, risk and supplier analyses as well as relevant KPIs and management reports

Completed studies in the field of business, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in strategic purchasing, commodity management or product group management, ideally in the international industrial environment Experience gained in purchasing electronic components, printed circuit boards, PCBA or EMS services Good technical understanding of electronic components, product life cycles, announcements and procurement risks Experience in the development and implementation of global procurement, supplier and risk strategies Experience in the professional management or coordination of international purchasing teams is advantageous Representative negotiation skills and secure communication with international suppliers and internal stakeholders Analytical, structured and self-professional procedures High levels of implementation, substantive thinking and joy in cross-border cooperation Interest in digitalization, data analysis and AI-based applications in purchasing Safe handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous Standing for occasional national and international missions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
