Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The body shall be occupied for 18 months. About the area The Legal Department shall be responsible for all legal matters except labour and tax law. The IP & IT Legal department is the central department for all HENSOLDT Group subsidiaries responsible for legal advice, registration, administration and defence of trademark, patent, utility model, design, copyright and UWG rights as well as IT law.

Administration of our international protective rights portfolio (brands, patents, designs and utility models) as well as production of protective rights overviews Documents for filing applications at the German and European Patent and Trademark Office Monitoring of registration procedures for industrial property rights Implementation and monitoring of time-limits and resubmissions Coordination of legalization, assessment and approval processes internally and externally Declare and collect information at or from internal and external bodies, as well as the acquisition of transactions compiling and controlling budget statistics or Invoicing documents of contracted firms

Successfully completed training for lawyers or patent attorneys or other comparable training Professional experience in a law firm or in a trademark and patent department desirable Safe handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of brand and/or patent management software Self-responsible and independent work and organizational talent Pragmatic, economically sensible and practical approach Interest in and enthusiasm for new Very good knowledge of German and English
