Payment is made depending on the qualification up to the salary group S11b.

Your tasks: • organisation, coordination, control and management of the care offer as well as educational guidance and expert advice of the team members • Personal affairs and administrative activities and professional management of the approximately 10 team members • central contact*in for school, parents, team members, education and sports department for questions / topics from school child care • increased integration of external offers and interculturality, inclusion, integration into everyday care • Management of holiday care groups during 6 holiday weeks • Working according to the open concept/ pedagogical guidelines of the city of Ulm, cross-group work, enable children to participate

Your profile: • a completed study of social education (FH/DH/BA), study of medical education, a completed training for the educator with additional qualification or comparable qualification with theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of “free time and experience education” • Joy in working with primary students • well-founded pedagogical knowledge of the development of primary education • high level of responsibility and commitment • Leadership skills • Network coordination and joy
