Date control: Meeting of deadline statements and booking of production capacities Coordination with production sites, service, programming and external companies appointments with construction and production in new developments Coordination for test tasks of single or multiple machines Implementation of occupancy and capacity calculations Collection of existing and used machinery Execution of inventory corrections and reviews of machines to be withdrawn Examination of the reusability, dismantling or dismantling of components when moving or cancelling Evaluation and testing of remodeling of trade fair machines for further use Key User order processing: Adaptation, development and training of systems and software in the sales area (e.g. SAP, ECTR) in close cooperation with external consultants and IT Establishment and evaluation of new requirements and support in their implementation Design and definition of new processes or Adapting existing processes in coordination with participating interfaces Identification of optimization potentials, development of concepts and support or management of structural and IT projects Creation of project plans, training documents and training Function as a link between department and IT as well as support for users as a key user SAP Analysis of errors, search for solutions and initiation of necessary system adjustments Maintenance of master data and support for user programs
