The Landesprüfungsamt (LUA) is the central state service provider in the consumer and health protection of humans and animals in Rheinland-Pfalz. Together with our around 500 employees, we work at five locations in Koblenz, Landau, Mainz, Speyer and Trier on the nationwide monitoring and investigation of food, supplies, medicines and cosmetics, diagnostics and control of animal diseases and the protection of humans from contagious diseases. We are looking for the next time (probably on 01.04.2026) in the long term an employee (m/w/d) (up to pay group 3 TV-L) in Unit 12 – Budget and Internal Services – in part-time (50%) at Trier. Maintenance of technical facilities and equipment in the properties at Trier Operation of domestic installations (e.g. autoclaves, water treatment, steam generators) preparing and providing various types of waste, in particular assembling and autoclaving of potentially microbiologically contaminated laboratory waste Recurring tests, e.g. emergency showers Maintenance of outdoor facilities Implementation of the winter service Transports and courier trips Administration Consumption storage and archive Support of the post office/acquisition as required

Experiences in the projected area and a corresponding professional training are advantageous Good computer skills (MS-Office) Minimum physical fitness and loadability Class B licences and the willingness to use vehicles or, if necessary, their own cars (against distance compensation) are desirable Team and communication skills Highly committed, resilient and flexible personality Reliability and Reliability readiness for flexible and independent work
