You support the department management in the daily business and take over the correspondence with service providers, suppliers and internal departments. In addition, you coordinate procurement processes from the supply pickup, orders to the audit of invoices and time monitoring. You will also participate in technical projects, maintenance measures and investment and cost planning. Also prepare meetings before and after, create logs and maintain technical documentation. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by administrative activities, such as the maintenance of working time accounts, the processing of holiday and illness reports, the coordination of occupational health precautionary examinations and cooperation on cross-departmental projects.

You have completed training in the commercial sector. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the field of expertise and have a good technical and commercial understanding. You can control Microsoft Office in particular Excel safely and knowledge in handling SAP are desirable. A high degree of discretion, organisational skills and an independent and structured manner complete your profile.
