You design a comprehensive enterprise architecture that strategically connects all important business and technology sectors. With your deep understanding of ILS processes and methods, you make architectural decisions that create a sustainable and future-proof system landscape - a basis that ensures the long-term success of our company. The focus of your tasks is the seamless integration of the Integrated Logistic Support domain (ILS). Your tasks at a glance: You continue to develop Enterprise Architecture in a holistic way and ensure that business and technology areas are appropriately coordinated and support long-term corporate objectives. In exchange with different disciplines and technical units, make sure that the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) domain is integrated cleanly into the existing and future system landscape. Based on analyses, you will prepare resilient decision-making bases so that architectural decisions can be made comprehensible, sound and sustainable in the long term. In modernisation and change projects, you will be advising specialist areas, IT teams and management, supporting existing systems in a meaningful way and building new digital solutions. Design flexible architectures that facilitate adjustments in ongoing operation and enable gradual improvements. New technologies, market trends and relevant developments check their practical benefits and make recommendations for a future-proof development of architecture. You create understandable and addressable documentation on architectural decisions, contexts and framework conditions so that content for different audiences remains comprehensible. Through clear communication, you promote transparency across locations and teams and help to understand and adhere to architectural concepts, specifications and requirements.

Complete studies (e.g. engineering, computer science, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience as an enterprise architect, ideally in the defense, logistics or a comparable industry with complex system architectures. Understanding the ILS processes, standards and best practices is absolutely necessary. Experience in dealing with appropriate databases and tools (e.g. LSAR, CSDB, OPUS 10) is desirable, but not a prerequisite. Designed consulting skills, strategic thinking and understanding of architecture, business processes and regulatory requirements. Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements, in particular BSI basic protection, data protection and industry-specific safety standards. Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence, also in international teams.
