Design the technical service of tomorrow – customer-oriented, digital and sustainable.

Collection and processing of service requests from our customers. Creation of services for repairs, maintenance and technical upgrades. Active supply tracking with a focus on repair services. Installation and handling of customer and service orders. Monitoring the entire order process until successful implementation. Support in the preparation and verification of invoices. Close cooperation with sales service, service technicians: internal specialist departments. Working to optimize service processes and increase customer satisfaction.

You are an impersonated student:in, ideally in a degree course such as economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, business management or a comparable subject. First experiences with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP R/3, are of advantage. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You enjoy dealing with customers and a strong understanding of service. You communicate safely and professionally – both in writing and by phone. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
