Your start: You start in September 2027 with us in Talheim

Deep insight: You get a deep insight into our warehouse system. You learn how this works and what to pay attention to. In addition, you're going through various departments and gain insight into other areas that ultimately all relate to warehouse logistics. Skills: You learn responsibility and self-organization. Processes: You learn to organize all processes in the warehouse from acceptance to dispatch and to carry out logistical processes. Control: You check the goods entry and exit according to predetermined criteria

Qualification: You have a good primary or real school degree, or a comparable qualification. Working: You have team skills and are reliable. You are characterized by a high concentration ability and are communicative.

Onboarding: After an introduction event by HR, you will get a structured and intensive work-up where you will get to know your tasks and the entire beyerdynamic processes. Support: Intensive care throughout the training period. Slide-time model: We offer you flexible working hours, which include 35 hours a week and are perfect for a personal work-life balance. 30 days of holiday plus: With us there is up to 32 days of holiday: on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve is free of work. There are also special occasions for special holidays. Financial compensation: You receive a fair remuneration (1st year of training: 1.303,50€; 2nd year of training: 1.377.50€; 3. Year of training: 1.488.50€) & additional holiday and Christmas money. Security: We offer you high takeover opportunities after training. Education: You are visiting the Andreas Schneider School in Heilbronn, at 1.5 working days a week. .
