Your duties • Customer-friendly and solution-oriented processing of all customer feedback, complaints and complaints according to the guidelines of our Customer Commitment by e-mail, letter and telephone • Creation of regular correspondence in the form of serial letters • clarification of travel questions with our lawyers and correspondence with lawyers • Viewing and answering online reviews (Trust Pilot) • Creation and maintenance of relevant statistics (reclamation statistics and quota) • Data transmission, compilation and dispatch of travel documents • Invoicing of shipping costs

This will bring you • Complete commercial vocational training, ideally in the tourism industry and/or relevant professional experience in complaint management • Very good knowledge in dealing with MS Office programs • Very good oral and written expression in German and English • Ability to identify and respond to customer needs • Empathy and joy in challenges • Team capability and loadability
