Ensuring and achieving target production costs according to project specifications and cooperation in cost and budget planning Development and implementation of cost reduction measures, e.g. through benchmark and potential analyses, supplier workshops, price negotiations Support for supplier market analysis, development and development of new and alternative sources of supply Preparation and Leading Price Negotiations with Suppliers Cost-conscious project work in agile, interdisciplinary teams Cooperation, introduction and implementation of CSDP measures Planning, coordination and support of scheduled tenders, awards, orders and deliveries in the respective project phases Participation and initiation of workshops and measures for cost analysis and cost reduction Coordination and resolution of target conflicts between the objectives Quality, Cost and Time

Complete industrial or technical studies or comparable training Experience in the field of construction machinery and/or agricultural machinery or Mobile hydraulics of advantage At least three years of professional experience in purchasing and/or project management. High level of technical understanding and know-how in various manufacturing processes Knowledge of SAP MM of great advantage English language skills Ready for business trips Impressed negotiating skills, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence High level of team and communication skills and conflict resilience Solution and customer-oriented operation
