We're looking for you as soon as possible Pflegfachkraft (w/m/d) for our station equivalent treatment team (StäB) in full or part time.

• Help and guidance in everyday directions (e.g. taking the medicines)
• Collection of vital parameters and blood collection
• Daily training (e.g. shopping training, visits to public institutions)
• Communication with the social environment
• Elements of employment therapy
• Engaged psychiatric care assistance in building and carrying out station-equivalent treatments in the home environment
• In the course of the contractual weekly working time, the operation is carried out in two shifts, including on weekends and holidays

DEIN PROFIL

• Completed training as a nurse, health care and nursing care:in or old care
• Social competence, appreciation and professional communication style
• Teamability, reliability as well as reflected and sensitive relationship design in dealing with patients: internals and relatives, in particular in private housing
• Joy in the development of nursing treatment concepts in Home Treatment
• Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary workflows
• Process-oriented and economic thinking and action
• Cooperation with other professional groups
• A Class B licence is available
