Support for organisational and administrative tasks in the course (e.g. preparation of lectures, spatial organization, support for external lecturers:internal) Participation in the planning, organisation and implementation of dates and events as well as care of guests Maintenance and management of data and documents in internal systems Support in maintaining and updating the website through a content management system (CMS) and marketing activities Support for research projects, in particular through research and structured preparation and documentation of the results

Student status, ideally in an economic, social or spiritual study course Interest in the real estate industry First practical experiences in the office or organizational environment are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Self-employed, structured and careful working Organisational skills and a reliable and responsible way of working Communication strength, team skills and a friendly appearance Engagement, flexibility and initiative
