You design and plan events for talent acquisition and networking worldwide and implement them You test and analyse mobility of international students and participate in the orientation of activities and measures to attract international students for the Baden-Württemberg university location Your tasks include building and maintaining a professional network in Baden-Württemberg, Germany and selected key countries You advise and accompany international talents in career planning and arrival in Baden-Württemberg You design target group and theme-specific marketing campaigns and create materials in cooperation with the Press & Public Relations department

Graduate or Bachelor degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Administration or Humanities Professional experience in a comparable position desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A high level of service orientation, communication skills and intercultural competence Self-employed and structured working methods as well as high readiness for use and travel Ability to analytical thinking and acting
