Practical instructions: Planning, implementation and documentation of practical instruction units in stationary care. Support & Development: Conducting reflection, assessment and development talks with trainees. Training concepts: participation in the development of practical training concepts within Hahne Holding. Examination preparation: Support for trainees in exam and practice applications. Quality assurance: ensuring and developing quality in practical training.

Your profile: Qualification: Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) as well as a further training on the practical instructions. Experience: at least two years of professional experience as a nurse; Experience in practical instructions is desirable. Operation: Structured, independent and responsible operation. Communication: team-oriented appearance and pleasure in the guidance and development of trainees. Digital competence: Safe handling of care documentation and basic digital applications.

Hours: Full-time or part-time possible with 20 to 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working hours: Mainly between 06:30 and 15:00; occasionally until 17:00 and participation in individual events on Sundays. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 4,663,20 and € 4,851,12, depending on the experience.
