Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the restaurant together with the restaurant manager team. These include the overview of the individual outlets and the quality improvement of colleagues and Azubis. Furthermore, you are also responsible for the care of our award-winning comprehensive wine map with the focus on Rhineland-Palatinate. You will find other restaurant leaders as a team as well as a R&B team in the Backoffice and more than 20 employees in the service sector. As our company continues to grow, we are actively looking for reinforcement for the team.

You bring complete training and professional experience from the TOP gastronomy as well as great commitment. Also desirable would be experience from the star economy - but is not a must. You enjoy your work, are creative, flexible, vinophilic and see yourself as an absolute team player who takes the lead and can inspire his colleagues and azubis. In addition, we used the safe handling of figures, economic thinking and acting as well as good IT skills.
