Responsibility for the application lifecycle and application operation (including support and incident, problem and request management) of assigned applications Implementation of the corporate strategy through continuous improvement of applications and business processes (e.g. production, quality, supply chain) as well as cooperation with strategic initiatives to replace old systems Central contact for complex application topics as well as coordination and control of external partners incl. Performance and Budget Takeover of demand, change and release management incl. Assessment, prioritisation and implementation of requirements Head of IT (part) projects incl. Responsibility for Scope, Timeline, Budget, Risks and Stakeholder Management and Reporting Ensuring compliance and quality standards (e.g. GMP/GdP, SOX) and introduction of AI-based methods/tools taking into account security, data protection and compliance

Study of (economic)informatics or comparable training Mind. 5 years of experience in Application Management / IT Application Support Very good ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP) as well as know-how in SQL and interfaces Experience in project and change management Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP/GdP, SOX) of advantage Experience with AI-Use-Cases in Application Management Analytical, structured functioning and strong communication skills Very good knowledge of German at language level C1 and fluent English skills
