Customer Journey Management: You connect touchpoints like web, shop and portal to an integrated ecosystem without silos. Economic responsibility: You tax the annual planning and profitability and bear the full budget responsibility for your account. Team leadership: You coach your interdisciplinary team professionally and promote individual development through regular feedback. Interface work: You coordinate the personnel needs planning and work closely with specialist leaders and team leadership.

Senior expert: You have many years of experience in strategic supervision of complex corporate structures at the top level. Digital Generalist: You understand SEO, marketing automation as well as tracking and can safely control experts and easily convey complex topics. Economic sovereignty: You are absolutely safe in handling KPIs, budget planning and profitability controlling. Empathic Leadership: You act as a mentor for your team and have a fine feeling for the Pain Points of executives. Structure competence: You love proactive process design, work highly self-organized and navigate safely through change processes.
