Complete bachelor's degree in the field of social science, pedagogy, management in the non-profit sector or a comparable qualification (completely welcome) Ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the field of senior work and volunteer management Experience in project development and management as well as in the design and implementation of educational events Extensive understanding of social structures and working methods Flexibility, communication strength, organisational skills, self-initiative and independent working knowledge of the relevant programs, in particular MS-Office, if necessary Experience with Typo3 Experiences with photo and video work and playing social media channels Understanding and respect for the Christian values of our diaconical institution
