Senior Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)

They create the projects to optimize the real estate portfolio of the Land of Berlin. They develop and guide projects for the need-oriented accommodation of our public customers: inside. To do this, you will acquire new areas or optimize the structure with modern working environments. They guide your interdisciplinary project team professionally and bring feasibility studies, expert opinions and planning to the ground. In the development phase, you are the first contact person:in for our customers:inside and keep an overview during the implementation. They conduct economic analysis and scenario analyses and evaluate implementation alternatives. They will be part of the political committee work and the information of our stakeholders. You create policy templates and reports to advance your project.

Completion: Completed engineering (e.g. architecture, urban and regional planning, economic engineer) or commercial studies Professional experience: Multiannual, relevant activity in real estate project development or asset management and multiannual experience in project management Expertise: Good knowledge of building and planning law and market knowledge of the real estate market Berlin Personal: The ability to act interdisciplinary, a cooperative and team-oriented working style combined with good social and communicative skills
