Processing of guest complaints: You take feedback seriously, communicate empathically and solution-oriented and thus actively contribute to service quality.

Contracts with external service providers: You manage existing contracts, maintain overviews and support the coordination of service contracts (e.g. cleaning, maintenance, technology).

Car park management: You keep an eye on dates, maintenance and documentation of our vehicles and ensure a smooth running in the background.

General correspondence and administrative tasks: whether e-mails, letters or internal communications – you take care of professional communication and support the team in all organizational matters.
