Systems engineer (m/f/d)

You independently meet customer requirements for a low-income leadership and weapons deployment system, convert the results into a technical concept and document this concept in the form of system requirements, system architectures and other specification documents. Your technical tasks include:

Creation and processing of system descriptions, system requirements and system architecture as part of a project development For example, you evaluate the specifications of subsystems such as radars, electronic combat control systems, pipe weapons, electro-optical sensors, missiles or tactical data link in cooperation with the subsystem suppliers and check these specifications against requirements. The definition of system decomposition in subordinate system elements and the definition of derived requirements for these system elements is done by you In addition, you are responsible for modeling system elements and definition of system concepts as well as the integration of subsystems for the project The specification of the standards to be taken into account in the technical solution for the system elements is one of your tasks Implementation of customer requirements in terms of system safety, system security and usability in design, as well as the preparation of the necessary analyses with the support of appropriate specialist departments in the company Coordination of content for a system-wide verification and validation concept Coordination in the project team on their own tasks, problems and obstacles in the handling of tasks

You have a degree in the STEM field or a vocational training as a specialist (m/w/d) with a multi-year professional experience or a comparable qualification You have already been able to earn several years of professional experience You are used in handling tools for the requirement definition, and Architecture modelling You have knowledge of the system to be implemented and its functioning With a solution finding, you are innovative and you have a structured and independent way of working Ideally, you have experience with leadership and weapon deployment systems as well as a subset of subsystems such as radars, electronic combat control systems, pipe weapons, electro-optical sensors, missiles or tactical data links, as well as knowledge in the field of simulation for the purpose of determining performance data or distributed simulation (DIS, HLA). You are used to work project-oriented. You convince your environment by a safe occurrence, communication strength – also in English – and the ability to quickly adjust to different situations.
