Technical and organizational management of our customer service department in the SHK segment Planning, control and coordination of customer service operations of our service technicians Ensuring smooth running in day-to-day business and high customer satisfaction Contact for customers in maintenance, service and repair requests. Support and coordination of maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of heating, sanitary, air conditioning and ventilation systems Responsibility for customer service in the field of modern heating systems such as heat pumps, brine heat pumps and regenerative energy technology Technical support of the service team in complex issues and problem solutions Creation and tracking of service offerings as well as coordination with customers and manufacturers Monitoring of material orders and ensuring availability of required spare parts Leadership, motivation and further development of the customer service team Optimization of internal processes and further development of our service area

A technical training in the sanitary/heating industry e.g. as a master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d), investment mechanic (m/w/d) Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in customer service Good knowledge of German in word and writing
