Total Responsibility: Central management and establishment of new financial services as a profitable revenue stream in the retail context (insurance, credit, leasing offers etc.) from conception to implementation in our international OBI markets

Governance: Ensuring the Stage-Gate Processes to Critical Examination of the Maturity Grade and Protecting the Business Case by Preparing Clear Decision Templates for Management

Programme Management: Central monitoring of the roadmap and continuous monitoring of financial and non-financial KPIs

Product design: Strategic design of products with regard to Loyalty linking, branding and conditions based on market analysis

Interface Management: Moderation between decentralized departments, external partners and the Management Board to harmonize different interests, including a sound opinion on the probability of success of the models as neutral:r expert:in

Risk management: ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with requirements such as KYC, GwG and BaFin in cooperation with the Legal Department

Financial Services Product know-how: Funded technical knowledge in the field of financial services, ideally also in terms of product offerings in trade

Sales expertise: deep experience in the distribution of financial services within a retail organization structure or comparable units
