You set up NC machines independently, operate them and ensure a stable production process. Tools, devices and components are positioned precisely and perform necessary machine settings according to work plan. During production, you continuously monitor the processing process and actively intervene in case of deviations. The quality control of the manufactured parts is carried out using suitable test and measurement equipment and compare the results with reference parts. Maintenance work on First-Level level takes care of yourself and document relevant process data.

You have completed vocational training as machining mechanic, lathe, milling machine, machine lock or in a comparable metalworking profession. First professional experience in the operation of NC or CNC machines bring you along and know the requirements of modern manufacturing processes. Technical drawings can be read securely and accurately set dimensional and tolerance requirements. A concentrated, quality-oriented and responsible way of working distinguishes you.
