The AGILA customer service is responsible for the efficient and high-quality processing of all operating processes around our animal health insurance. Here, the telephone and written support and advice of new and existing customers is handled – in full with all questions and concerns concerning topics such as applications, contracts or veterinary invoices. You support complaint and damage management in complex issues with legal reference and meet independent informed decisions to ensure customer-oriented solutions You evaluate insurance issues in day-to-day business and guide clear, enforceable decisions for the departments You ensure a pragmatic, solution-oriented and legally compliant processing of data protection issues (e.g. requests for information, deletion requests, contradictions) You process and tax complaints with external relevance (e.g. against the BaFin or the Versicherungsombudsmann e.V.) and are responsible for consistent and legally secure communication You develop guidelines, standards and decision-makers for uniform decisions in day-to-day business and initiate concrete improvement measures from complaint and escalation patterns

Ideally you have a successfully completed 1. State exams in the field of law or a Bachelor in Economic Law Alternatively, you bring a well-founded training in the insurance sector with relevant professional experience You have a well-founded knowledge of insurance law – ideally in the field of health or animal health insurance You have experience in the independent evaluation and decision of complex facts Experience in complaint or damage management as well as dealing with external complaint instances is advantageous You have a good, practical understanding of data protection requirements (GDPR) A full legal qualification is not required – your decision-making skills and practical experience are crucial You work structured, solution-oriented and with a clear view for pragmatic feasibility You will be able to take decisions and bring the necessary enforcement capability with you
