Working Student in Sales - KI@Sales (m/f/d)

This is what we expect as a working student (m/w/d)

• You accompany the implementation and evaluation of suitable AI solutions and prototypes and align yourself with the relevant stakeholders when implementing AI application cases (Use Cases).
• You accompany the passage of AI-Governance processes for the release of AI-Use cases from the ideation phase to the productive process
• You plan to organize AI information and training events (Workshops, Community of Practice, Challenges, Hackathons, ...)
• You support the preparation and follow-up of workshops, the creation of specialist and stakeholders presentations and take on PMO and coordination activities of the core team “KI@Sales” .
• You'll try new AI capabilities to increase productivity daily (MS Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, NotebookLM,...) and apply relevant tools from the Machine Learning / (Generative) AI context

• You are enrolled in Data Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research or another comparable study program.
• You show openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies
• Good professional knowledge of the workings of classical AI and GenAI - enhanced in the training context (e.g. Tutor o.A.)
• First experience in the production of Data Science Use Cases
• Found analytical skills and high operational readiness
• Good communication and team skills, including in cross-departmental and international teams
• Pragmatic and result-oriented mode of operation
• You are 1-2 days, especially for the team days, on site at Allianz Park Stuttgart (APS).
• plus point: Practical experience in data science, AI-upskilling, change management (e.g. internships, student activities)
• plus point: Experience with core processes of insurance is advantageous (e.g. activity as a business analyst)
• Pluspoint: You have experience in a programming language (e.g. Python, R, SQL) and know you with data management.
• Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
