Supplier: Chair of Organization The focus of the chair is the empirical analysis of organizational and personal economic issues. We are distinguished by a strong research orientation with a clear focus on business practice. In particular, we strive to complement the use of various economic methods for dealing with our research questions. Working fields are, for example, economic laboratory and field experiments, empirical field investigations with company data and microeconomic analyses. You participate in courses in the field of organization, supervise students in graduation, work with research projects and help with administrative faculty tasks. Joy of didactic tasks in teaching is therefore highly desirable. The aim of the research is to provide independent lectures at scientific conferences in German and English and independent or co-authored publications in international journals. Creating a (cumulative) dissertation is a central part of the tasks.

Previous knowledge of experimental economic research, econometry and/or game theory are of advantage.

The employment is in the employment relationship. The place is to be occupied at 01.09.2026 and is limited to 2 years. A further employment of one year is envisaged. An extension to a total of 6 years is possible. The temporary employment is carried out within the framework of the time-limits of the science-time contract law. It is a full-time job. There is a doctoral opportunity. The grouping depends on the TV-L. The place is rated with EG 13 TV-L. The job description is aimed at all sexes.
