Welding specialist / welding supervisor (m/f/d)

As a welding specialist or Welding supervision takes over the welding responsibility within our production and ensures that our steel structures meet the high quality requirements. Among other things, the following tasks are your responsibility: Takeover of welding responsibility in our production Provision and monitoring of welding methods to be used and welding instructions (WPS) Technical instruction, guidance and support of our welders Monitoring of welding quality as well as execution or Required tests Control of compliance with welding technology standards, guidelines and documentation requirements Assessment of welding errors and setting of appropriate rework measures Cooperation with quality assurance, design, work preparation and production management in welding technology Ensure the availability of suitable welding equipment, additional materials and equipment Active participation in the development and standardization of our welding processes

Successfully completed training in the metal sector, for example as a metal builder, structural mechanic or industrial mechanic Continuing training for welding specialists (IWS) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in steel or metal construction Knowledge of welding regulations and standards Safe handling of technical drawings and production documents Structured, responsible and independent functioning Communication strength as well as the joy of leading employees professionally Team spirit, quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility Language level at least C1
