Classification & Coding: Responsibility for the classification and coding of spare parts, assemblies and installations in SAP according to national and international requirements (DE, EU, US) master data management & IT: Active maintenance and monitoring of export control master data in SAP GTS as well as carrying out technical clarifications (TQB) using technical applications such as TeamCenter Compliance & Sanction List Examination: Examination of Business Partners Against Existing Sanction Lists and Ensuring Export Control Compliance throughout the KTech Group Approvals & Authorities: Preparation of applications for export authorisations and customs authorisations and support in the communication with customs authorities and BAFA Interface Management: Close cross-work cooperation with departments such as sales, shipping and master data management to comply with internal export control guidelines Consultation & Representation: Contribution of interests to export control to operational departments and preparation of technical clarifications for the export control officer or external consultant Project cooperation & audit support: support in the implementation of customs checks and active cooperation in interdisciplinary projects for process optimization in the field of external economics

Successfully completed training as a merchant for wholesale and foreign trade, customs officer, specialist in foreign trade or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant practice (3-5 years) in the field of external trade, customs or export control Knowledge in the field of external economic and customs law (e.g. Union Customs Code) and material classification and coding Secure handling of SAP (ERP) and well-founded user knowledge in SAP GTS and the customs software ATLAS Experience in process management as well as the ability to prepare and present complex facts in a targeted manner German and fluent English knowledge in word and writing for international communication A thorough, independent and solution-oriented approach combined with a strong team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking Do you recognize yourself in this description?
