Design the digital customer communication tomorrow with us! You control the communication flows (e.g. routing, intraday management, service level control), monitor the platform performance, derive improvements and thus ensure the quality in a holistic manner. Strategically, you work in digitization projects and the development and implementation of a future-oriented omnichannel strategy. In addition, you carry out technical and professional adjustments in the Omnikanal platform in close cooperation with IT and the specialist areas and take over tests and rollouts. Both the independent observation of market and technology developments and the active exchange with external partners are in your innovative hand. Furthermore, you work as an interface between our IT, the departments and service providers and train the internal users.

You have a completed degree in the field of business management, business informatics or communication management or you are an entrepreneur with a multi-year professional experience in the field of responsibility. You are experienced in controlling contact center systems, workforce management or digital platforms. You have a high technical understanding of routing and communication processes and are characterized by analytical thinking and structured working methods. You have certain knowledge of German and English (at least language level B2/C1).
