Our client is a high-growth, medium-sized manufacturer of high-quality window and door systems with approx. 400 employees in Germany. The company stands for quality, durability and a modern orientation - also in the field of IT. For further professionalization of internal IT, we are looking for a dedicated IT system administrator (m/w/d), who either brings first leadership experience or well-founded professional experience. They work closely with an external IT system house and actively shape the new IT architecture. Support and further development of the internal IT infrastructure Designing and restructuring the server and system landscape Coordination and cooperation with external IT system house in IT projects Ensuring stable and smooth IT operation Support for IT security measures and concepts Optional or perspective: Professional leadership of a small IT team

Successfully completed training in IT (e.g. specialist system integration) or comparable qualification At least 2-3 years of professional experience in IT administration Ideally experience in project management Good knowledge of Microsoft system landscapes and basic know-how in IT security Structured, team-oriented working with hands-on mentality Communication strength and high self-responsibility
