Accounting und Controlling (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Creation of monthly and annual accounts according to group specifications and legal regulations
• Implementation of budget and outcome planning and economic analysis
• initiation and implementation of process optimization measures, in particular IT systems/applications
• Coordination of internal interfaces such as operational units or shared service centers
• Cooperation with auditors:inside
• Development of the internal control system
• Discipline and professional leadership of the five-person billing team

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• successfully completed studies in business management or a comparable qualification, e.g. balance sheet holders:inside
• Multiannual professional experience in the field of accounting and controlling, combined with well-founded knowledge of annual accounts processes, for example as an audit assistant:inside
• good commercial process understanding for sale (debitors), purchasing (creditors), investment and HR
• comprehensive experience in handling accounting-relevant IT systems, experience with Autoline (or other DMS systems)
• Leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility
• pronounced interface competency combined with hands-on mentality and IT affinity
