Number: MER0003Z6W The Training and Training team is responsible for all activities related to vocational training, the dual study and pupil internship at the Hamburg site and for all technical qualifications of approx. 2,000 employees at the site. Daily Business- This is your day: You accompany the recruitment process for trainees and dual students

You support the trainers in technical vocational training and contribute to the implementation of technical projects

You work on the creation and revision of training modules of trainees

You are involved in the planning, commissioning and implementation of continuing training

You support projects and create your own ideas

You develop analyses and start presentations

You work with the support of pupil interns and introduce yourself to the training marketing

You are the contact person for all interns of the site and organize the exchange with each other

The activity can begin from April 2026.

You are either in a technical course or in a study of economics, social sciences and humanities, pedagogy, psychology, etc. and have successfully completed a technical training beforehand

You have fun getting creative and motivated into our team

You have a structured way of working and are accustomed to independent work

You are reliable and your communication skills as well as your team skills

Your handling of MS-Office is as safe as your knowledge of German and English

You have an affinity on the topics of digitalization, artificial intelligence and modern qualification concepts

You have planned 6 months for your internship
