Construction Manager for Performance Testing (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a building manager for performance testing (m/w/d).

Control of the performance of maintenance and modernisation measures of all construction and development facilities on site Examination of contractually compliant settlements based on single-sprei agreements (EPA) and existing framework agreements and maintenance contracts Creation of dimensions, documentation and supplier reviews Communication with internal and external partners, written and telephone Creation of digital deficiencies reports for our customer service providers Participation in regular meetings of auditors to exchange experiences

Successfully completed training as a craft master or as a civil engineering technician and/or a study as a civil engineer At least 3 years of relevant professional experience Extensive knowledge in an ERP system ideally SAP as well as experiences with AVA programs are advantageous Experiences in handling MS Office, including Power BI, as well as in the field of AI-based testing processes and affinity for digitization and automation of operational processes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Team-oriented work and analytical and cross-disciplinary thinking
