to support our Solutions & Delivery team for our subsidiary Scheidt & Bachmann Energy Retail Solutions GmbH at the Mönchengladbach site.

You like to take responsibility? You are responsible for the successful, high-quality delivery of our IT solutions for our customers, while moderating and controlling agile (sprints, reviews, retro perspective) Agile methods are your passion? You motivate the agile mindset and the self-organization of the team and also take a role as a coach. You always keep the customer requirements in mind and make sure that your team also focuses on them. This will lead your team to achieve your common goals You like to keep an overview? For transparency, take care of a continuous improvement process using Jira and Dashboards as well as reporting Talk to Tacheles! You communicate the progress and results to the Director Solutions & Delivery in a transparent manner, including the status, process steps and risks

Experience in agile software development (presumably Scrum) Embossed moderation and coaching skills Very good Jira knowledge and reporting expertise Strong delivery and quality orientation Communication strength and competencies in change processes Ownerhip, pragmatism and passion for agile principles Valid work permit for the EU
