Own responsibility, you carry out demanding extension orders, especially in the area of housing construction. You are responsible for the contractually compliant and successful execution of the construction sites – you always have technical, economic, qualitative, timely and organisational control. In the execution phase, you will run the construction site personnel and ensure a smooth operation of the work. They take over documentation and reporting, always keep an overview and make sure everything is captured correctly. Active participation in the tendering and selection of subcontractors is one of your tasks as well as the management of the subcontractors to the acceptance. You take care of the follow-up processing as well as the preparation and execution of acceptances.

You have a degree in engineering, architecture or comparable technical training. Your multiannual practical experience in a similar position is the basis for your sound knowledge. They are well familiar with the VOB and the relevant occupational safety and environmental regulations. The application of construction-specific EDV applications is just as natural for you as your independent, structured operation. They act profit-oriented and cost-oriented, without losing the overview, and also solve complex challenges with analytical and innovative thinking.
