Successfully completed psychology studies with focus on clinical psychology or medical training in psychiatry and psychotherapy or Psychosomatics and Psychotherapeutic Medicine or training as a nurse in the field of psychiatry/psychosomatics or comparable qualification First practical experience in the professional support of people with mental illnesses Experience in performing lectures, workshops, group or course formats Ability to create an appreciative and trusting learning atmosphere and to moderate group dynamics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ideally experience in cooperation with companies and/or non-profit organizations Secure handling of MS Office as well as popular video conferencing tools such as zoom and Microsoft teams Embossed communication skills, safe occurrence and team spirit and organizational talent High self-initiative and joy in flexible, independent work readiness to travel regularly
