Support of the digital personnel system SAP HCM according to the process specifications Evaluate and coordinate technical requirements as well as create modules PA, PY, OM, TV, Portal ESS/MS Service Requests with Tickettool, tracking the requested requirements Error management with monitoring of error messages and error cleaning Set requirements/changes to roles and assign permissions Care and processing of the mailbox Tasks of release management Conduct and control of tests and evaluation of test contents Create instructions, prepare and perform training Creation of concepts with SAP reference Special tasks such as support for internal (internal revision) and external (e.g. DGUV, DRV, BRH, FZA, WP) exams

Strategic cooperation with the cooperation partners and further development of the system Solution of complex specialist questions and further development of processes in the SAP HCM Organisation and cooperation in strategically important internal and external projects and working groups Control and conceptual support of the development of SAP HCM Responsible cooperation in SAP cooperation with the service provider BGHM Special tasks, e.g. strategic recommendation on system development for senior management levels of BG BAU

Completed university studies (Bachelor, Diploma (FH)), preferably computer science/economic informatics or a comparable discipline Long-standing professional experience in working with SAP HCM First professional experience in project work, desirable IT projects related to SAP HCM Very good technical knowledge of SAP HCM Very good knowledge of labour and service law and, in particular, of employee representation and collective bargaining law, as well as social security and tax law and supplementary pension rights Good knowledge of IT processes and standards (eg ITIL) Secure handling of Microsoft Office products, mailing software and other tools to provide IT services Good knowledge of current developments and products on the IT service market (e.g. SAP HCM or S4/H4Fachbereichmodule, Groupware) Knowledge of subject-specific, organizational processes and interfaces to other departments and departments within the BG BAU desirable Technical knowledge of applications offered and operated by BG BAU, BG Phoenics GmbH and third-party service providers Information systems of the department desirable Embossed digital competence Analytical ability as well as ability to think and act Adequate, constructive and value-aware handling with other readiness for multi-day, scheduled service trips
