Your mission to us

As an employee incorporation & Training (m/w/d), you are the key to a successful start of our professional employees. They accompany new colleagues directly in the object, convey our Dorfner standards and ensure that quality is lived from the outset.

Your duties

• Introduction and practical training of new employees in building cleaning directly at the University Hospital Jena
• Active guidance in everyday work (prepare, accompany, work) to ensure our standards
• Configuration and control of our cleaning and quality requirements during operation
• Observation of workflows and recognition of training and support needs
• Close cooperation with object management and executives to continuously improve the incorporation

Your profile

• experience in building cleaning or similar services
• Impressed communication skills and joy in the guidance and development of employees
• Practical, hands-on operation with willingness to participate actively in the object
• Patience, empathy and safe occurrence in dealing with different personalities
• Structured working and a good sense of quality and improvement
