For our Transformation business unit, we are looking for you as Manager Controlling & Performance Management (w/m/d). It's waiting for you Corporate Management - As a manager: with a focus on Finance & Controlling, you are the first contact person of CFO and Management Controlling when it comes to converting strategic goals into business management concepts. You work with the optimization of planning processes or the definition and implementation of reporting. Future vision - In addition to technical design, it is also important to focus attention on technologies, e.g. topics such as predictive analytics, data mining, planning solutions and efficient cost accounting with ERP systems are at the focus of our customers. Responsibility - You work in highly motivated teams and take responsibility for subprojects or the overall project management according to your experience and qualification. That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics (or a comparable degree course) with a very good success. You are passionate about the commercial management of companies as well as for digitalization and automation opportunities in controlling. You have collected relevant practical experiences (min. 5 years) in controlling or corporate management. With the introduction of systems for consolidation, planning and corporate reporting (e.g. IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, SAP SAC, Jedox, Pigment, Anaplan, Tagetik, WAP, Corp. Planner or board) you are also familiar. You have (first) experiences in managing (partial) projects and/or managing smaller teams. Ideally, you have (first) sales/acquisition experiences in consulting or industry. You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and in a hybrid setup of remote work as well as travel activities. You can communicate and safely present both in German and in English.
