The range of treatments includes cancer preliminary examinations, counselling, diagnostics and therapy in urological diseases in men and women, urological tumor diseases and ultrasound examinations.

Your task:

• Structured patient coordination: They coordinate patient reception and ensure smooth forwarding to the respective waiting areas.
• Reliable appointment organization: You take over the appointment and are competent to assist patients with questions.
• Careful patient intake: They support the patient's reception and prepare all documents for the investigation.
• Medical assistance: You prepare and assist in all your studies.

Your profile:

• They have completed training as MFA and have a diverse interest in our field.
• They enjoy independent, responsible work as well as a high degree of initiative and detail accuracy.
• Professional, binding and friendly appearance, commitment and resilience are of course for you.
• In dealing with our patient, you always have an open ear and always appear empathically.
• Good knowledge of electronic patient data processing and the handling of PC standard programs/MS office as well as medical terminology complete your profile.
