In order to strengthen our headquarters in Schwelm, we are looking for a dedicated Deputy Accounting Management (m/w/d) at the next possible time, which supports our Accounting Management professionally and organizationally and represents it if necessary.

Technical and organisational support and representation of the accounting management Responsibility for the ongoing accounting (main, creditor and debitor accounting) of several hotels in the group Consolidation of the accounting data of several hotels for the creation of uniform evaluations and accounts at group level Preparation and settlement of payment transactions and supervision of liquidity Monitoring of open positions and responsibility for dunning Participation in the technical guidance and incorporation of employees of accounting Monitoring and optimization of accounting processes and workflows across individual houses Co-responsibility for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Voting and cleaning of intra-group settlements (e.g. intercompany bookings) between the individual hotels Account tuning and clarification of complex facts with suppliers, customers and internal departments Preparation of consolidated evaluations and reporting for management Cooperation with tax advisors, auditors and external partners Support in the further development and digitization of accounting processes

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally with first leadership or representation experience in a multi-property environment Knowledge of HGB accounting Safe handling of MS Office and common accounting systems Structured, careful and self-responsive operation with leadership potential Communication strength, enforcement capacity and joy in the guidance of employees Team spirit and interest in a diverse and responsible activity
