Specialist in securities processing / order settlement (m/f/d)

Our 26-person team is responsible for the donations and order bills in the securities business and is organized in several subteams. We are looking for reinforcement for the Subteam Order/Reprocessing, which is responsible for the proper handling, post-processing and quality assurance of all order processes in the national and international securities business. Securities processing: You take over the independent execution of tasks as part of the order billing and ensure a smooth running of all associated processes. You always keep relevant lists in mind, analyze vulnerabilities and derive the necessary measures. Comprehensive transaction reprocessing: You will take care of the post-processing of the national and international stock exchange and out-of-Burish fund business. With your professional know-how, you make sure that all transactions are processed correctly and any inconsistencies are clarified efficiently. Safe handling of complex business incidents: The processing of cancellation and new settlements as well as the clarification of settlement complaints are your responsibility. You’ll find precise and sustainable solutions for complex issues. Technical interface & consulting: As a competent contact person, you are on the side of our customers as well as internal areas of expertise. You convince with sound answers and help to make processes understandable and transparent. Participation in projects & further development: You are actively involved in technical, strategic and partly agile projects, from the first conception to testing to successful implementation. In doing so, you shape processes and drive optimizations forward sustainably.

You have successfully completed commercial training in the financial environment (e.g. as a bank businessman/bank businesswoman) and could ideally gain first practical experience in securities processing - but this is not a prerequisite. Alternatively, you bring the motivation and ability to quickly incorporate yourself into new topics and to acquire the necessary expertise in the securities field. You have a good understanding of process relationships and are interested in transactions in the securities business. First contact points with (agile) project methods are of advantage, but no need. The safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is self-evident and supports you in your structured work. You have very good knowledge of German (C1) as well as good knowledge of English (B1), which allow you to communicate safely in an international environment. Certainty and precision shape your work. You have a strong risk awareness and know how decisively careful and consistent work is in sensitive processes. You have the pleasure of working in new and changing questions and feel comfortable in an environment that requires flexibility and professional commemoration. Even in challenging or time-critical situations, you keep an overview, go in a structured manner and find reliable, robust solutions.
