Our 26-person team is responsible for the donations and order bills in the securities business and is organized in several subteams. We are looking for reinforcement for the Subteam Order/Reprocessing, which is responsible for the proper handling, post-processing and quality assurance of all order processes in the national and international securities business. You have successfully completed commercial training in the financial environment (e.g. as a bank businessman/bank businesswoman) and could ideally gain first practical experience in securities processing - but this is not a prerequisite. Alternatively, you bring the motivation and ability to quickly incorporate yourself into new topics and to acquire the necessary expertise in the securities field. You have a good understanding of process relationships and are interested in transactions in the securities business. First contact points with (agile) project methods are of advantage, but no need. The safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is self-evident and supports you in your structured work. You have very good knowledge of German (C1) as well as good knowledge of English (B1), which allow you to communicate safely in an international environment. Certainty and precision shape your work. You have a strong risk awareness and know how decisively careful and consistent work is in sensitive processes. You have the pleasure of working in new and changing questions and feel comfortable in an environment that requires flexibility and professional commemoration.
