• credit assessment and voting in corporate customer business, in particular commercial real estate financing • Individually responsible credit decisions within the framework of the competence regulation • Evaluation and management of credit collateral • Working with projects for process optimization and quality assurance • Creation of credit agreements and documentation

• Completed banking training or comparable commercial qualification • Ideal training in the field of commercial real estate financing • Experience in credit business, ideally related to building and investor financing • Analytical strength and a structured, solution-oriented operation • Safe and binding appearance and team spirit
