For the construction of interesting projects, we have to occupy these places for the Siegen site.

Tasks:

Independently responsible handling of turnkey construction projects in commercial and industrial construction as well as turnkey construction projects of the public sector (new buildings and constructions in stock)

• Work preparation, tendering and awarding of post-contracting services, construction site organisation and performance reporting
• Leadership of contracted companies
• Guided tour of construction sites (SF-Poliere)
• Deduction, deficiencies and billing
• Depending on the experience overriding project organisation of several construction projects

Your profile:

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable degree course, alternative technician or master
• Professional experience as a construction manager or project manager in the field of turnkey construction desirable
• Self-employed, flexible and targeted
• Leadership
• Good communication skills
• Negotiating skills in handling contractors and contractors
• Teamability, Enforcement and Mobility
• Control of the usual computer applications
