Support of the employer branding team at the Hamburg location in the areas of personal marketing, people communications, social media and internal & external events Content planning and creation of all people-oriented topics Maintaining the social media channels, the career website and our employer branding platforms Cooperation in cross-departmental and business projects Activities such as research, analysis, surveys, evaluations, reports, presentations, coordination with service providers, website and distribution services as well as administration

You are a registered student*in BWL, Marketing, Employer Branding / Personalmarketing, Communications or Media Science, HR or Organization Management or a similar course You have advanced knowledge of Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel) as well as social media platforms (primary LinkedIn and Instagram) You have excellent analytical and structural skills and look at the edge of the plate You are communicatively strong and you want to text and organize You have an independent hands-on mentality – you are ready to take responsibility You show high identification with our corporate values as well as great interest in topics such as corporate culture, employee experience and international work Your language level: flowing German and English skills You have time to support us for at least 1.5 years 16-20 hours a week You can participate in our Campus Day at least once a week Nice-to-have You have already completed first internships / student work in Employer Branding, in communication or comparable
