Your tasks: Completion: Independent production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB System support & optimization: Operational support and continuous development of financial processes directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Reporting & Taxes: Creation of sales tax pre-registrations, summary reports and preparation of operational tax returns. Interface management: Monitoring and validation of data flows from upstream time recording, invoice or CRM systems into the Business Central Financial module. Reporting: Creation of business analysis (BWA) directly via Business Central Account Schemes (Financial Reports). Contact person: Competent contact person for auditors, tax advisers, banks and internal management. Development Business Central: Participation in the end-to-end solution throughout the company and expansion of the use of AI in the daily work processes

Your profile: Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist) with a successful further education on the audited account holder (IHK) or an economic studies with a focus on finance. Professional experience: Multiannual well-founded practice in financial and accounting, ideally already in a service or project company. Legal certainty: Found, absolutely safe knowledge in German trade and tax law (HGB, EStG, UStG) – in particular with regard to the revenue management of services. Software know-how: Detectable practical experience in the daily use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV / Navision). Analysis tools: Very good Excel knowledge; Experience with integrated reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Jet Reports) is advantageous. Analytical Strength: Quickly capture of complex, service-specific business incidents and data structures. Precision & Structure: An absolutely reliable, detailed and independent way of working – even with tight deadlines for the monthly closing. IT-Affinity: High technical understanding and joy in driving digitalization in the financial sector as a key user.
