You are in the middle of it only: from production to filling, you will get valuable insights into the central processes of our brewery You actively support the standardization and validation of our production processes and parameters You analyze and optimize recipes as well as process processes and bring your own ideas to the further development of our products You implement excellence projects (e.g. to reduce primary energy use during cooking) and thus contribute to increasing our safety, quality and sustainability standards You raise and evaluate production data as well as process processes and make an important contribution to the analysis and continuous optimization of our processes

You are in a technical, engineering or comparable study or you are currently using a Gap Year to gain practical experience You want to know how it really works: production processes of a brewery interest you, you want to deepen your knowledge and apply it in practice You like to pack up, think beyond the bottle edge and enjoy actively shaping projects You are an open, communicative personality and enjoy working together in the team A careful, structured way of working as well as a pronounced quality claim are characterized by You have very good German skills in word and writing
