Their everyday life consists of preparatory activities, such as the creation of extensive presentations for Supervisory Board meetings or shareholder meetings, as well as the work in their own areas of responsibility with a lot of design space. In this position you take responsibility and get insights into key business areas and management processes. Communication: Sovereign and professional performance in all directions, also towards senior representatives from business, politics and authorities. Preparation: preparation, preparation and structuring of documents, presentations and decision bases for management. Qualification: Ideally, MBA or a university degree in health or hospital management, economics or a comparable discipline. Experience: First professional experience in management or in a comparable position of advantage. IT knowledge: Secure handling of Microsoft Office and high IT affinity. Analysis: Ability to identify and evaluate developments in the health market and at political level for the company. Personality: Self-conscious and professional appearance with pronounced communication strength.
